Capital University Flute Choir at Huntington Recital Hall, 1 College and Main, Columbus, Ohio
I am happy to conduct the Fall 2015 Capital University Flute Choir concert, featuring seniors in their last semester of classes, before they go off to student teach. Kay Gresko will perform in an arrangement of Kennan's Night Soliloquy; Kirsten Herth will solo on the pastoral Gluck's Minuet and Dance of the Blessed Spirits;, and Taylor Holloway will be featured as alto flute soloist on Ali Ryerson's new arrangement of Mark Flugge's jazz ballad, "A Solidao Bonita". Guest artists on Solidao will include Capital jazz piano alum, Danny Bauer, and TBA on drum set.
